Donna, our warm and welcoming Salon Manager, is here to ensure you feel comfortable, informed, and well looked after. Whether you’re popping in for a consultation, browsing our boutique, or just need some friendly advice, Donna is available for walk-in clients on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM.
If you’d like to speak with any of our team out of these hours, we kindly ask you to book a slot on our Booking System link above or give us a call on 01709296330 in advance, as our team may be busy attending to clients. This helps us provide you with the best possible service and avoid unnecessary waiting times.
Some treatments require pre-checks and specialist consultations to ensure safety and optimal results. Laser treatments, for example, require a test patch beforehand so we can calibrate the machine correctly for your skin.
For treatments that involve complex procedures, it’s always best to book directly with the specialist performing the service. This allows us to evaluate your suitability, discuss any necessary adjustments, and ensure your treatment is perfectly tailored to you. We want to ensure you receive the best results while maintaining the highest level of care.
