Upon booking an appointment via our secure acuity scheduling system your data details will be encrypt and password protected. You will receive email and text confirmations if agreed. Once visiting the salon we will obtain your personal details which we will need to take to ensure we are performing your treatment to the best of our knowledge. We do need to keep records of your treatments for insurance purposes, however you do have the right to remain invisible and we will confidentially remove your details with your chosen password so this cannot be linked to your identity and keep the treatment details strictly confidential and only shared with insurers if necessary.
